I was just closed a deal with a nice buyer. However, after I received money from her I only realized that I have did a very stupid mistake! >"< 

The order amount is RM163.05 and I was planned to offer her RM160 in total...but I had accidentally written this in my quotation to her " (RM163 - further discount for first time buyer) " The buyer didn't say anything and still pay me promptly with nice reply to my email....

Gosh!!! I feel so "paiseh" now cause I only give 5 cent discount!!!! T___T

    LOL. She must have been like Heh, 5 cent discount? If I were you, I would tell her I had meant to give her a RM3.05 discount :).

    tat's y u quickly write ur story here, in case the buyer write here first by saying, she got 5 cents discount in a blogshop, wat a joke! then other reader will ask, "which blog? this is my email, give me the link pls!" LOL

    you should refund the discount to her.
    i did that to my customer when i had a promotion of RM3 off per piece. =)

    If you haven't post out the item, why not put the rm3 inside the parcel with a note explaining it to her. :)

    So you forgot, does it matter? I dont think you owe a an explanation since she was fine with the price you gave her and did not ask for discount.

    You can always offer a better price next time =)

    It was a mistake and the seller was nice enough to give her a discount when she didn't have to. It's not like the seller stole the buyer's money.

    Jeez, I don't understand people. It's such a small issue, no need to get angry.

    Nobody asked the seller to give the buyer discount, but when the seller decided to give discount, please avoid making stupid mistake. It's super damn annoying okay.

    Thanks for all the comments. :) I just sent a RM5 cash voucher to the buyer for her next purchase and explain to her I did a mistake for the previous order. ^_^

    Yup, it's a fun story. To those angry/ annoyed people up there - no need to get your panties in a twist. Sheesh. Some people need to take a chill pill.
    The author made a mistake, the buyer didn't mind, the author gave her a RM5 cash voucher and they all lived happily ever after.

    i think you should put the rm3 back into the parcel and mail her telling that you give them rm3 discount. She will be happy for u.
