I bought this silly little invisible ink pen from this prominent webstore years ago. Everything plus postage was RM12.00 but I was ask to bank in RM12.01

I wondered why and this dingbat that replied me told me the additional 1¢ is to expedite the process. WTF... I asked if that was the norm cos I dont see it in their terms and conditions.

Her reply "Oh, if we see a 1¢ at the end of your bank in slip then we know you really want the thing lor and we send fast fast. If not, we take our time la"

She must be new at work to be that stupidly honest.
