I am a preloved blogshop owner and what I don't like are buyers who respond saying "Hey Babe" or "Darling" or the annoying "Thanks babe xoxoxo".

Just because I run a blogshop and sell you women accessories, it doesn't mean that I am your BFF or you should start calling me your babe! Sheesh!

Where is the professionalism? A simple thank you or a "Dear Miss" would be fine!

    Well, I for one think it's condescending, really even if your intentions are not. Sellers and buyers have this habit of calling one or the other dear or babe. It's nothing really, but it makes my skin crawl. It's just me.

    To all commenters and readers, yes I am a dude who runs a preloved women's accessory blog shop and I have an issue being called "Babe" and "Darling" as I personally find it a tad pretentious.

    This is wrong in so many levels. I personally won't buy from you not because you're a DUDE, but simply because you are a hypocrite yourself by not wanting people to use 'babe', 'honey' what nots on you and yet want people to perceive you as a 'girl'...

    Yeah..laugh all you want, but it's just very annoying...
