To unsubscribe is not an option

Lately, there's a lot of sellers who advertised their shop via email and i get a lot from this one specific seller which i mailed her EVERY TIME, telling her to unsubscribe me but instead she tells me, "i didn't send you anything! what are you talking about?"

while its clear that when i replied to her, there's also her email which she sent previously below my reply. i explained to her.

then she said,

"oh sorry i cannot delete you, you're in my subscribing list already"
