New purchasing technique?

I own a blogshop and have been in business for quite a number of years. Recently, there seems to be a new trend amongst my customers - especially for hot selling items. I get quite a number of them who email/text me a in a very brash manner and claim to have emailed/smsed me a few times but haven't received a reply when really, I check and reply all my smses and emails everyday so there's no way i could have missed out on their emails/texts.

What more if they've sent it a few times! What are the odds? These buyers seem to think that they will get priority for the items if they approach the transaction in such a manner.

What's your take on this? Is it just a ploy to get priority on hot selling stock? Cause there's no way i could have missed out on emails/smses from the same buyer for the same item so many times!

  1. i once enquired on a top from a blogshop. sent her THREE emails and didn't get any reply until the 5th day. her reason being my email went to the spam box. ALL THREE EMAILS WENT TO SPAM? -___-

i don't know if she was telling the truth but whatever it is, it might be possible that your customers' emails went to the spam box.
