I bought 5 items from a seller who's based in Thailand and paid for registered post.
Two days after she said she'll post my parcel out, I emailed her asking for my tracking number. She replied that she hasn't posted it out yet and will do so the next day.
Another two days passed and I emailed her again to check. She said my parcel's at the post office already, but she doesn't have the tracking number and will email it to me by the next morning (it was a Friday afternoon)
I got my tracking number.. on Sunday night.
Also, each time I tried using the tracking number to check both in the Thai Post and Malaysian Post sites, the results were always "No such parcel"
At first I thought it was just slow postal workers, but after a week of getting the same results, I emailed the seller again asking her to contact the Thai Post to check, and also for her to check whether my tracking number was correct.
She told me it was correct and that's it. Another email from me went out and she replied for me not to worry and that Thai Post is always so slow.
I asked her for an estimate on when the parcel would arrive to my place and she said to give it a few more days.
I had to wait for another 10 working days, and NEVER ONCE did the tracking number work.
I emailed her to tell her I've gotten the parcel and to remind her to NOT add me to her update list and she replied that she doesn't auto add emails to her list.
I got 2 update emails.
Naturally, I got angry (my primary email account got spammed kao kao before by other blog shops) and told her to be ethical and to immediately remove me from her list.
She bloody dared to TYPE OUT IN CAPS ASKING WHAT'S MY PROBLEM AND THAT SHE DID NOT ADD MY EMAIL TO THE LIST. (< I hate those CAPS idiots)
I replied that if she didn't add me to the list, why the fishsticks am I getting her updates?
I didn't want to waste my time any longer and set her email address to be filtered as Spam along other annoying blogshops.

ReplyDeleteeh overseas tracking code will be replaced by a local tracking code once they enter KLIA Pos Malaysia/Kastam. You need to call them up and check what's your code here by using your overseas tracking number.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Blardy Pos Malaysia online cannot track overseas tracking number one!
