Learn your manners

I just don't understand why people is so lazy when typing. Can't they just un-capslock when they type? It is the most annoying thing when typing in all CAPITAL LETTER. I don't think they know what is manners.

Typing in CAPITAL LETTER means SCOLDING PEOPLE  or angry with some1 and it's rude.

I know certain software in works needed to use capital letter in their programme used. But by pressing the cap locks for once it shows alot of different.

Or maybe you should try writing in capital letter for your resume. See who will hire you ;) Also forget to mention, an employee in USA type all capital letter to their client and get fired for this reason.

So please, do learn some manners when typing email. Same goes to seller when replying email or chatting in msn with their customer.

Also MSN, stop using all those fancy emoticon.. it's so hard to read. But luckily msn has a way to block it, so that I can read my msg clearly. If not, I were have to wait for the emoticon to load and get

(butterfly)hi, do (pointing)u have this (glittering dress)dress with (pointing)u (dolly with 3 question mark on top)?

So if the msg didn't load in time will be

[], do [] have this []with [] []

If not, when they know they have too many emoticon, they'll result to use caps instead

HI, DO YOU HAVE THIS DRESS WITH YOU?

there's always a different between

HI, DO YOU HAVE THIS DRESS WITH YOU?

and

hi, do you have this dress with you?

So please ppl, do learn your manners~

  4. for me there nothing wrong with capital letter. it depends with individual. some people just like to use capital letter. only the way we use it is the matter. example:

    (good way)
HI, I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER PINK DRESS. :)

    (rude way)
EH, I WANT THIS PINK DRESS!

don't compare this situation with job interview or any official thing that people do. of course la we don't use capital letter. your situation is personal. we're shopping. we're not sending you email to apply job from u. i would understand if u angry because the way they email u in a very rude way. but if just because of capital letter? erk.. so not agree.

if u soo cannot stand with this small matter, don't do online business, open a shop. so u don't have to receive people email anymore ;p

  5. I don't think so, cause some people when they thought is OK, they don't know the different between casual writting and formal writing.

And I do receive email with FULL CAPITAL letter while I'm at work. Some more she's 1 of my company's customer - from enquiring to final confirmaion, so who said when work / official stuff they don't use capital letter while typing email ? When no 1 tell them is NOT OK, they'll assume is ok, hence they'll use it commonly (even at work)

    When you read out between

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER PINK DRESS. :)

    and

Hi, I would like to order pink dress. :)

    alternatively

hi, i would like to order pink dress. :)

I believe when you read the 1st sentence your tone will increased and while reading the 2nd 1 your tone will be in your natural tone.

And if you were to choose, which would you prefer? 1st? or 2nd and 3rd?

There's always a different between typing in full capital letter and normal letter.

Also writing your name using red colour, is it ok for you? For certain people is ok, but for some other people it's a super sensitive matter.
