Left Speechless

There was once i dealt with this buyer.

She enquiried about a dress and it went something like this.

B : Hi im interested in XXX in yellow still available or not?

S : Hey! Sorry yellow sold out already.how about blue?

B : Oh.i dont like blue but if black or yellow i dont mind.

S : Sorry black is reserved,will let you know if the other person backs out

(few hours later)

S : Oh! she just said she wasnt interested in black, would you like to take it? :)

B : No la.i dont like black,i want yellow? can i get it? can la ;)

S : ( wth, she said she wanted black now she doesnt and she's asking me for a colour thats sold out?!) Sorry but it's sold out already.

B: But i only want yellow! How about i pay more then if you havent sent it I take the yellow one instead of the person?

S : sorry,she already paid so it's only fair for her to get it.

B : Can la can la!

S : No la.sorry cant maybe i can get it restocked?

B : yes please! But how about the length?

S : Length is XXXX. Just called it is restockable :)

B : What material?

S : Material is XXXX ( why does she only ask me this when im going to call for a restock?? o.o )

Btw this convo went on for 22 emails. then she decided..

S : okay i want it!

which is when I wrote her the invoice inc pos express.Which she wanted.

When she had paid for it this is what she said

S : Hi remember to send it out as soon as possible! And remember to use POS LAJU because i want to use it on Monday (it was a thursday) when will i get it? Can get it by day after tomorrow?Because if i cant then i dont want it anymore.because i want to wear it on monday.


B :Hmm yea you should be able to.
(she paid for pos express! and she requested for it when she wanted to pay and now she was asking for pos laju?!!! i was getting damn irritated especially after the 22 emails! but sellers must be patient right or not? so i just closed an eye and forgotabout it)

To get her the dress, i had to rush all the way down to the suppliers in the moring the next day to make sure i could post it out the day itself ( mind you, i went all the way down there just to get ONE dress,no extra charge!)

On the day, she received it on Monday evening after her party in the morning

S : I am disappointed with the service you provided! I wouldn't have paid you if i knew i couldnt wear it to my party! the only reason i got it is to wear it there.And the service you provided is terrible! i will never shop here again.

WTF!!!!!!!
If she wanted the dress fast then she shouldnt have delayed it so much sending 20++ emails to me back and forth over a whole week!

Honestly la.Do you think the service i have is bad? (I really wouldnt say i have tiptop great service.But i wouldnt call it bad!) Or is this buyer just psychotic?

sheesh slap her please!

  4. Ignore her emails after her 'disappointed service of yours'. She certainly doesn't deserve a dress for her party.
