Irony

Pre loved blogs are supposed to sell things cheaper right? Their items are supposed to be cheaper because they've worn it once/they impulsively got it from a blogshop and they dont want it anymore.

I came across this site where the seller sells her preloveds at a higher price than the normal but get this,

SHE ALSO HAS A SALE SITE TO HER PRELOVED SHOP AS WELL!

hahaha

  1. i dont think its wrong. sometimes they bought it at higher price, so would sell it at higher price too. and having a sale site is just their strategy to do business. nothing wrong with that.

  2. Hmmm, it is a little bit strange, but it really depends what "normal price" is. I mean, sometimes, we ourselves cannot remember how much we bought an item for, so it is normal for the sellers to just sell it at an estimated price. But if it is obvious how much the item costs when it is new (especially mass-produced new items from online shops), then it is despicable!

  3. agreed with anonymous. it is their way of doing business. it is up to them. its their stuff. whether u want to buy it or not then that is up to u as a buyer.

  4. I guess it all comes down to the forces of supply and demand.
If the item's sold out everywhere and people are still really wanting to get their hands on it, then the demand would push up the price of the item, and so the seller, even if it's a preloved blogshop, can sell it at a higher price.
In the end, like anonymous 3 said, it's really up to the buyer whether or not they want it. If in there's no demand for it, then naturally the seller would slash the prices, hence the probably existence of a sales site.
