A buyer wants to know...

What do you sellers do when your buyer's email goes to the spam box and you only got to know 5 days later?

  2. Yea, it happens to me a few times.
    I will still reply eventhough it's 1 month later. Apologizing numerous times & give them the details they wanna know.

    As usual, buyers won't entertain me anymore. :P

  3. Same same.. reply with reason and apologies. Sometimes offer discount for my negligence.

    Some buyers replied back, some dun..

  4. yeah cos by that time they already bought from other blog.. the faster seller reply to buyer the faster they make sale, cos online shopping involve also impulsive behaviour.. unless if ure item is unique, not in other blog maybe buyer waiting for ur reply.. cos usually more than 2 blog sell same items with diff or same price.

  6. This happens ALL the time, so please buyers stop being so WHINY and complain and think that we're not honest sellers.

    If I do notice that these emails goes to spam box, i would reply (albeit a couple days late) and APOLOGIZE. because it is after all an honest mistake

  8. Yeah it happened to me too. But I picked that up on the same day. So now it has become a routine for me to check the SPAM box as well on a daily basis to prevent any loss of sale.
