Dumb & Dumber

I recently purchase 2 items from this seller and boy, is she a moron.

She is gonna post out my items via PosLaju, so I obviously need someone to be at home to collect it for me. I gave her Address A initially but later on, the postage has to be delayed and no one will be in at Address A.

So, I told her to change to Address B, but there is no reply from her. I was so afraid that she didn’t received the mail so I mailed her again. She asked me to re-send the details of Address B. And, I did though I just sent to her like few minutes ago.

I kept reminding her to send to Address B and she said yes she will. Then, when she finally sent the item out, I asked her which address did she sent to? She told me ADDRESS A! I was fuming by then. I mean, c’mon, I kept mailing you just to make sure you send to the right address and yet, you can get it wrong. This proves that you DO NOT BLOODY CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER TOLD YOU!

Initially, I was already mad because firstly, when I asked for additional pictures for one of the item, SHE DID NOT PROVIDE IT! Then, on the posting day, she said “I did not send that item out because I just realized there are some scratches! I will refund you the money!” Okay fine, I controlled my temper and didn’t make a fuss. When I asked for tracking number, she kept asking me to wait and check it out on her blog. I mean WTH?! It is just tracking number why can’t you provide me in the mail? I was still very patient at that time, and only started to BLAST her when she sent to the wrong add.

I personally felt that this seller is NOT keen on her business and doesn’t bother about her customers’ requests. Honestly, I will never ever buy stuffs from her ever again. She marks up her prices crazily high when you can get the exact same piece cheaper by RM10 - RM20.

My advise to all: DON’T BUY STUFFS FROM THIS BLOGSHOP!!

P/S: I still have yet to check if she has already banked in my money.
